March 2020, first lockdown. Although most of Germany’s population is at home in front of the television, almost all major automotive brands have cancelled their commercial placements. We saw the opportunity and produced a television spot. Since TV production proves difficult in lockdown circumstances, our lead agency produced in house. Including an aligned radio spot. The result: in May and June, our Mitsubishi Space Star was the best-selling passanger car in the German private sector.
