Automotive Smart Crystal Panel

Description

The Smart Crystal HMI panel is a design concept for car cockpits. The demonstrator was developed in cooperation with Swarovski and KURZ subsidiaries Burg Design and PolyIC – and enhanced with crystals courtesy of Swarovski. The scratchproof, handmade, brilliant-cut crystals offer a thrilling sense of depth and multiple reflections. And the real highlight is first apparent at second sight: The superlative crystals are not just ornamentation but were treated first and can thus be used by touch sensor.
